Account Manager

Professional office requires a reliable, hard-working and PC literate Account Manager. Must have prior office experience.
Overview:Working in a busy insurance office, you will be the "go to" resource for client and broker requests. Insurance experience strongly preferred. Benefits experience a plus.
Some light reception and office management work. Must be able to multi-task. Must be PC proficient and have a natural orientation to be helpful and provide outstanding service to our clients.

We offer flexible hours (9am - 2pm or 10am - 3pm). The position is 4 days per week and we are flexible with which 4 days you work.

Pay is $18-$20 per hour. This is not a benefits eligible position.

The client’s office is located in the Worcester area.

Requirements -Office experience in a professional environment.
Able to work independently.
Attentive to details.
College degree preferred.
Strong telephone manner.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willing to do what it takes for co-workers, clients and prospects.

Inside Tech Sales and Support Admin'r - Hopkinton, MA

We may be relocating but we will remain in Hopkinton, MA area (or a surrounding town). The Role The Inside Technical Sales and Support Administrator will handle a wide variety of technical sales duties. These include: - Review product specifications, drawings and RFQ's. - Develop and transmit equipment quotations. - Track and follow up open quotes, negotiate and secure orders. - Use of pricing tools (Eagle, Bidman, C3) and printed price sheets. - Develop and transmit marketing campaigns via ACT -- Swiftpage. - Attend factory training twice per year (within US). - Develop special reports (e.g. UPS equipment end user / order contacts for conversions). - RMC website updates. - Other duties upon request. This role will also handle some administrative duties in coordination with the Sales Administrator. These include: - Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, mail and faxes. - Maintain files for customers, quotations, orders and factories. - Log in and file order confirmations and invoices. - Handle order status details, shipping info and tracking. - Copy, file and distribute mail to Clark personnel. - Admin support for outside sales. - Maintain office supplies, literature, catalogs. Due to continued success and growth, SeeWhy is hiring an engineer to contribute to business growth in the USA and also penetration of the European, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) market place.


The Role
This role will be the primary technical resource in the US to own SeeWhy’s customer implementations. This role has three primary areas of responsibility, as outlined below:

1. technical expertise – must be able to tag customer websites, check and trace data, configure service and troubleshoot for each customer, provide guidance on campaign best practices, configure customer’s email system and assist with monitoring and administration of SeeWhy architecture
2. customer relations skills – ability to translate technical requirements and specifications to non-technical audience, develop rapport with customer, be responsive, communicative and helpful with customer issues or concerns
3. project management skills – ability to adhere to deadlines and time-sensitive targets, must be able to think sequentially and logically and be able to “own” and solve hurdles with customer implementations

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
__________________________________________________________________________

• Four-year college degree in computer science or related field

• Three–five years of related experience; technical knowledge of the leading e-mail service providers and e-commerce platforms is key, preferably in the B2B space

• Knowledge and experience of SaaS implementations

• Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript, SQL (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL Server) and Linux/Unix

• Must be able to communicate well (both verbally and in writing) with customers

• Must be able to work effectively in deadline-driven, results-oriented role

• Expertise and experience with configuring email interfaces including follow-up troubleshooting and testing

• Must be able to understand dashboard metrics, including abandonment rates, number of recoveries, value of recoveries

• Communicate best practices with respect to email campaigns, including design and content

• Able to multi-task and to handle multiple priorities, across different time zones and locations is essential (without dropping the ball, while maintaining a sense of humor!)

• Enthusiastic and adaptable approach to work – some flexibility will be required due to international time-zones, must be able to work independently
